Can I change my design at anytime?: Yes, WordPress is very flexible. Simply look for and install new themes under the "Appearance" Menu. The default eyecatchDIY setup has 40 themes pre-installed to choose from. And you can add premium themes at any time.
Can I change the default plugins or themes?: Yes. Each eyecatchDIY install is pretty much unrestricted. Use the WP Plugin and Appearance menu's to search for and install new plugins and themes at anytime.
Can I use my own domain name?: Yes, When signing up simply select the "Use A Domain I Already Own" option on the second step.
Do I get a refund for the month if I cancel?: Nope. As with most hosting services, when you cancel within a billing period, the cancellation is applied at the start of the next billing period.
Do I own my website? Can I take it with me if I move?: You own it of course. Should you have to move your website, simply contact us. While we will be sad to see you go, we'll send you away with a complete backup of files and data from your site. You can use these when you find your new site home.

Premium Wordpress themes are not licensed to go with you.
How do I update my billing information?: Simply login to your website and click the "billing" tab at the top of any page.
How easy is it to make my own Website?: It's pretty darn easy. eyecatchDIY does most of the work for you. After that just add content thru an easy to use editor to create your own website.
Is there a cancellation fee?: If your account is less than 45 days old AND you registered a domain at purchase, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. Else, No.
Is this just like WordPress?: eyecatchDIY websites are powered by WordPress, but have the added benefit of personalized domains, and email. Personalized domains and email are critical for legitimizing your business. However you still get all the great benefits of using WordPress like blogging, an easy to use editor, and 1000's of free themes and plugins.
What else do I get?: Added Value. eyecatchDIY offers personalized domain names, as well as matching email service, and free setup of WordPress with important plugins pre-installed. Also we backup your database that powers your website on a nightly basis for worry free recovery if needed.
What email access options do you provide?: All accounts receive free webmail access. POP3/IMAP access is available for small additional monthly fee.

If you want to use Google's Standard Business application package, Eyecatch Interactive will setup your account for a one-time fee of $59.99. After that you can use Google's email, calendar, docs, & chat services for free. AND, these services will be branded with your logo and domain name. The service is free for up to 50 user accounts.
